**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Administration**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for:
### Audit & Compliance
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
* Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and analysis tasks.
### Transaction & Reporting
* Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
* Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
* Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
### Stakeholder Support
* Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
* Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
* Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.
### Continuous Improvement
* Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
* Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
**What We're Looking For**
### Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
### Experience
* No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
* Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.

**Requirements**
