Plus, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as flexible schedule options, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. **Key Responsibilities** As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner * Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences * Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices * Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **Schedule** As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes: * Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST * Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability) * Schedules are adjusted per time zone **Compensation** The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount blithequark is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
