You'll have a strong ability to evaluate the 10,000-foot view and focus on process improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. You'll work closely with key colleagues across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups, as well as collaborate with a dedicated team to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups * Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive business outcomes and improve functional excellence (Bull) * Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions * Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business stakeholders * Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to drive change and improvement * Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools, and apply knowledge to drive business outcomes **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics) * 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science * 3+ years of experience in online business stage development * Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, data science, statistics) * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js) * Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with agile development methodologies **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong understanding of business processes and operations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
