If you're flexible, adventurous, and always up for a challenge, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Schedule and Work Environment** * Work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday * Flexible scheduling options available within designated shift times * Work from home in a secure and quiet environment with a strong Internet connection * blithequark will provide all necessary equipment and technology **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60-day provisional period * Quarterly bonus opportunities * 2 weeks paid time off per year * Paid holidays * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Retirement plan with employer match **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment * Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * A competitive compensation and benefits package * A fun and adventurous team culture **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and adventurous customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
