Other duties include provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, follow safety procedures and company policies, maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with processing returns and exchanges, along with work collaboratively across teams and departments, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues.
To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
