**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, resolving issues, and managing day-to-day operations. Your expertise in Guesty and/or Operto Teams will be a significant asset in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Guest Relations**
+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
+ Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
+ Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues to management via Slack as needed.
+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms.
* **Company Tasks**
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams.
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement.
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor.
+ Work with business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills.
* **Availability**: Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Guesty and/or Operto Teams, AI tools (such as ChatGPT), and VoiP technology.
* **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or operations management.
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Guesty and/or Operto Teams Experience**: Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams is a significant plus.
* **AI and ChatGPT Expertise**: Deep familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience in leveraging them for comprehensive guest messaging.
* **Vendor Relations**: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management.
* **Business Financials/Accounting**: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems.
