Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
- Work with order release and fulfillment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain and execute return processing through integrated systems, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
- Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization, and general product knowledge, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing), enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
- Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support, even in challenging situations.
- Excellent computer skills with general PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge, enabling efficient use of our systems and tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and make the most of our systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Knowledge of customer service software and technologies, enabling you to make the most of our systems and tools.
