Experienced Customer Success Manager – Delivering Exceptional Value and Service to Drive Long-Term Growth and Retention

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of assigned customers to deliver outstanding value and service. You will bring your product knowledge and communication skills together to create a stellar customer experience, and you will be goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of assigned customers throughout their life-cycle, from implementation to long-term support
- Lead customer interactions via phone, online, or on-site meetings, and provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage the blithequark customer engagement model to drive excellent customer health and identify opportunities for growth and renewal
- Provide system support and triage defects, and analyze customer data to consistently deliver value to our customers
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the blithequark software, with a deep understanding of how it works and how it operates in the real world
- Secure renewals and identify growth opportunities within each customer account, and communicate customer ideas to the product team to drive future system enhancements
- Utilize technology to understand customer behavior and deliver excellent service and support, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Customer Success or client-facing experience supporting a SaaS product, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth and retention
- Project Management experience, with a certification such as PMP a plus
- 4-year degree in a related field of study, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong empathy for customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present to large groups in person and through phone/Web meetings, with confidence and poise
- Basic knowledge of business processes, with a desire to continue learning about business strategy and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS products, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends
- Certification in Customer Success, such as CSM or CCS, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of metrics and KPIs
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a global perspective and cultural competence
