Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Coordinator at blithequark, your primary focus will be on renewing customer contracts, managing the renewal lifecycle, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Revenue, Success, Marketing, and Legal teams to maximize renewal success and identify upselling opportunities.
- Partnering with Account Executives to engage the right sales resources and drive expansion within accounts.
- Completing renewal lifecycle management tasks, including administrative duties such as acquiring Purchase Orders, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order creation and submission.
- Engaging with Revenue and Customer Success counterparts to identify and mitigate risk within your customer base.
- Partnering effectively with sales account executives to support customer segments and drive growth.
