About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of diplomacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet, all while maintaining a cool head in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless order processing, correcting errors, following up with process servers, and providing timely updates to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders in a prompt and professional manner
- Manage high-volume phone calls, assisting customers with existing orders and guiding new customers through the online ordering process
- Respond to emails, addressing customer concerns, internal department queries, and process server inquiries in the field
- Document issues in Confluence, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained
- Visit court dockets to gather information on case filing and occasionally retrieve filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, combined with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with PDF editors and phone systems, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be comfortable with document manipulation, have excellent English language skills, and be able to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions with ease.
