The accuracy and timeliness of data entry will directly impact medical readiness classification (MRC) compliance, deployment eligibility, and overall force readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update medical documentation in blithequark databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform quality assurance checks on medical records and case files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing and formatting medical readiness reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Non-Clinical Case Management Team to ensure seamless data management and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines, adapting data entry processes as needed to maintain compliance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency in DoD medical systems (MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, PRT) or similar electronic health record systems.
