Job Overview: Inbound Customer Service Representative

  • Follow established conversation prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve problems
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell products and services, promoting blithequark's offerings to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile, providing personalized support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions in our call center database

Requirements and Qualifications
