Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of delivering heart-driven support to our plan participants. Your role will involve handling inbound calls, addressing questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, drug coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, with the ultimate goal of empowering our participants to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to plan participants via inbound calls, ensuring that all queries regarding pharmacy benefit plans are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Offer solutions and support to improve participants' understanding of their coverage and options, thereby enhancing their healthcare experience.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on healthcare trends, policies, and best practices in customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, customer support, hospitality, or military service. Proficiency in Windows-based applications is also required. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to issue resolve in a positive and helpful manner.
