About the Role

We're seeking dedicated customer-oriented candidates to join reputed company of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSSs) for our 3rd shift operations. As a CSS, you will take in-bound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, arrange the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and reputed company customer care and follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls and reputed company exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Compensation and Benefits
