Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive dealer clients

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (we love gamers!)
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a flexible and resilient mindset

Requirements and Expectations:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST, with flexible scheduling after completion
  • Have a typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM preferred
  • Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a positive and professional demeanor
