Job Overview

We are currently operating remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with plans to partially return to our office location when it is safe to do so. As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone. Your exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, and strong computer skills will be essential in delivering a highly satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
