Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving routine orders for a reputed company of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-reputed company supplies, following appropriate procedures to ensure accurate order entry and order fulfillment, and making follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected.
• Maintaining and working with data, tools, or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information, rotating inventory of primary and remote facilities to ensure adequate supplies of products for the needs of customers.
• Providing customer service to clients, proactively communicating with hospital customers to increase customer satisfaction, maintaining reputed company and reputed company communications, both internally and externally, to reputed company regular product/service information and follow-up, and promoting teamwork.

Essential Qualifications
