Key Responsibilities
- Key paper applications into the blithequark database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as required
- Provide support for cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, contributing to process improvements and enhancements
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's database and systems, staying up-to-date with changes and updates
Education and Work Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have a High School Diploma, with college education preferred. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field, although training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this position.
