Job Overview

This Remote Healthcare Live Chat or Tele Chat Support position will require providing exceptional customer service while handling live chats or tele chats with potential and current residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding our facility's services and amenities. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism will ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to live chats or tele chats with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for our customers.
  • Assist potential residents, family members, and healthcare professionals with inquiries and information regarding our facility's services and amenities, including levels of care, amenities, and community events.
  • Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns raised during live or tele chats, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution and escalating issues to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our facility's policies and procedures, as well as current healthcare industry regulations, to provide informed and compliant responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to ensure timely and effective responses to live or tele chat inquiries and to stay informed about community events and updates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current with industry trends and best practices in customer service and healthcare.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, such as healthcare administration, communications, or customer service.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, such as a hospital, clinic, or senior living community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
