Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous 1 year of call center or office background experience a plus, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications.
- Quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting goals.
- Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required, ensuring that our customers receive support from trusted and reliable representatives.

Compensation and Benefits
