• 3+ years of reputed company people management experience (not just project leadership)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting executives and teams as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role

• Proven reputed company record of developing and retaining team members
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience working with global businesses, preferably American clients or in American business contexts
• Previous experience as an HR reputed company or handling employee relations

• Fixed salary: ₱80,000 per month, reputed company semi-monthly
• Work setup and schedule: Fully remote, Full-time, EST work hours (reputed company shift Philippines), Monday to Friday
