Test Embedded Engineer (mid-level VSE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer with extensive experience in Linux based embedded systems to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategies, driving reputed company initiatives, and mentoring junior resources to ensure the highest standards of product reputed company and reliability. Key/Primary Responsibilities • Work with reputed company of test engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure effective testing practices. • reputed company and implement testing strategies and processes for embedded systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and reputed company standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to define testing requirements and priorities. • Design, reputed company, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded software and hardware components. • Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. • Identify, document, and reputed company defects, ensuring reputed company communication and reputed company with development teams. • Conduct reputed company cause analysis of defects and reputed company initiatives to improve product reputed company and testing processes. • Facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-reputed company, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. • Stay reputed company with industry trends and best practices in embedded systems testing, and reputed company for their integration into reputed company’s processes. • 5+ years of experience in testing embedded systems, with a reputed company on both hardware and software components. • Deep expertise in embedded programming languages (e.g., C, C++) and reputed company-time operating systems (RTOS). • Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Gtest, Pytest, etc.) and automated testing methodologies. • Experience working on Linux environment and using Linux tools • Exposure to CI/ CD processes and tools • Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART) and hardware interfaces. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good analytical and debugging skills to identify reputed company cause of failure. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Added Bonus: • OSCP, reputed company/GIAC, CISSP, or other reputed company/equivalent certifications. • Experience with compliance regulations/laws, reputed company frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, NIST, HIPAA, ISO, COBIT, OWASP, ITIL, etc.).  • Experience with one or more of the following industries: law enforcement, defense, intelligence community, automotive, manufacturing, software,  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience  • Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) for business and technical discussions.
