About the position Responsibilities • Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for proteomics research. • Utilize tools such as Proteome Discoverer, Spectronaut, Skyline, MaxQuant, DIA-NN, MSstats, and OpenMS for data analysis. • Conduct independent critical thinking and scientific research related to human diseases. • Collaborate effectively across scientific disciplines and with colleagues in cross-functional teams. Requirements • Strong background in biology or chemistry with a focus on human diseases. • Knowledge of proteomics data processing pipelines and algorithms. • Basic understanding of genomics and transcriptomics technologies. • Proven track record of independent critical thinking and scientific achievement. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in Immunology, Oncology, Inflammation, and Cardiometabolic Disease research. • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
