Civil Litigation Paralegal / reputed company Assistant - Remote

Join The Wind Law Group, PLLC, a boutique reputed company located in South Florida, as a remote-based Paralegal/reputed company Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated reputed company with a minimum of 3 years of experience in first party property damage reputed company, both reputed company-suit and litigation. Responsibilities & Requirements: • Assist attorneys with case preparation, pleadings, various motions, discovery, affidavits, notices, subpoenas, etc. • E-File reputed company court documents in both State and Federal court. • Calendar reputed company deadlines and coordination of hearings. • Review and organize reputed company documents and correspondence. • Conduct reputed company research and factual investigation. • Prepare and organize trial materials and exhibits. • Knowledge of reputed company-suit and litigation processes. • Strong organizational, multitasking and research skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Must be a high school graduate. Minimum AA degree is preferred. • Schedule: 8-hour shift (business hours), Monday to Friday.
