We are seeking a virtual skilled Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal. Responsibilities: Probate Administration • Prepare and track probate court documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and final distributions • Manage estate administration timelines and maintain compliance with court and statutory deadlines • Communicate with executors, beneficiaries, court staff, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather required information • Research and resolve title, creditor, and asset transfer issues Estate Planning • Draft, proofread, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives • Assist attorneys with gathering and organizing client information to prepare estate plans tailored to individual needs • Maintain organized digital and physical files for estate planning clients • Coordinate the execution of estate planning documents, including scheduling signings and notarizations Client & Case Management • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy while managing sensitive personal matters • Conduct initial intake and gather detailed information for new probate and estate planning matters • Track matter progress, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and keep attorneys informed Administrative & Organizational Support • Maintain detailed case management notes and update legal practice management systems • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and client communication for attorney review • Assist with billing preparation and tracking billable time • Organize and manage deadlines through court dockets, tickler systems, and calendaring tools Qualifications: • At least 3 years of proven experience as a paralegal, with experience in probate litigation and estate planning • Strategic thinking and the ability to independently distill complex information • Confidence in making decisions under pressure while maintaining accuracy • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient with MS Office products • Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year plus performance based bonuses

Compensation:
$55,000-$70,000 per year
