General Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with our audience.
• Research topics within our portfolio to identify new trends or growth opportunities.
• Work with our clergy network, partners, and volunteers to produce videos, infographics, slideshows, and other digital media formats to engage our audience. The tools utilized are Riverside.FM and Canva.
• Use SEO best practices and APA guidelines to edit blog posts, newsletters, and other content for our website and social channels.
Required Qualifications:
• Respect, appreciation, and/or curiosity for ALL faith traditions, ideologies, and political leanings.
• Ability to generate and implement new, creative ideas to communicate our mission.
• Basic audio and video editing skills using relevant software for splicing, subtitling, overlays, and other general functions.
• Creative and innovative; the ability to see alternatives and solutions.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in an ever-changing, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment.
• Exceptional research skills with a demonstrated understanding of data and digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and clear experience in engaging content.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position is remote, part-time, up to 15 hours a week, with the possibility of additional hours within two months of hire. The hourly wage is between $25 – $27/hour. Paid family leave, 20+ days of paid holiday leave, two weeks of paid time off (PTO), and Gympass are among the benefits each part-time employee enjoys. While we are currently unable to provide healthcare assistance, we are actively working towards this goal, along with a range of additional benefits.
