Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations
• Provide product information and guidance to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
