Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Customer Service
We’re hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish–English) to handle customer support for our reputed company store.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and organized, with experience managing customer messages and emails, tracking orders, and using reputed company.
This role will start with 2 hours per day during the first two weeks, then increase to 4–6 hours per day as order volume grows for the Christmas season. There is also potential for a long-term position after the holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer messages and emails (in Spanish and English)
• Review orders in reputed company and follow up on shipments, refunds, or claims
• Maintain reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company communication with customers
• Ensure quick response times and a reputed company customer experience
Requirements:

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service (preferably using reputed company)
• Good writing and grammar in Spanish

• Available in the afternoons between 2 PM and 6 PM (Miami/reputed company time)
