Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Customer Service
We’re looking for a proactive, responsible, and organized virtual assistant to provide customer support for our online store.
The ideal candidate has experience handling customer messages and emails, tracking orders, and using platforms like Shopify.
This role will start with 1–2 hours per day, with the possibility to increase hours in the future.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer messages and emails (in Spanish and English)
• Review orders in Shopify and follow up on shipments, refunds, or claims
• Maintain clear, kind, and professional communication with customers
• Ensure quick response times and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
• Native Spanish speaker with a good English level
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service (preferably using Shopify)
• Good writing and grammar in Spanish
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Available to work around 5:00 PM (New York / Miami time) for approximately 1–2 hours per day to respond to daily messages
What We Offer:
• Stable and flexible long-term work (1–2 hours per day)
• Start with 1 hour per day, with the possibility to expand to 2 hours
• Start at an hourly rate between $3 and $4 USD, with the possibility of an increase
