[Remote] Senior Regional Provider Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unified Women's Healthcare is a nationwide community of providers focused on improving women's health. The Senior Regional Provider Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners, strategically executing outreach to residency programs and building relationships with market leadership.
Responsibilities
• Direct, plan, and implement activities to identify and hire quality physicians and advanced practitioners for position openings in a timely and efficient manner ensuring regional hiring objectives are met.
• Development of long-term physician pipeline by engaging residency programs, attending events and leading efforts at medical society meetings (e.g., ACOG, SMFM).
• Collaborate with internal/external business partners and SMEs to identify business goals and areas of strategic opportunity (e.g., leadership, Advisory Councils and external surveys).
• Establish and maintain relationships with all territory stakeholders of the provider recruitment process including market and medical affiliate executive leadership, physicians, and practice performance managers.
• Develop presentations

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience recruiting providers
• 7 years’ experience recruiting physicians
• 5 years’ experience recruiting APCs
