About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a remote 4-day weekend shift. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, working with customers over the phone, live chat, and email to create raving fans every single day. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving unique problems and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and escalate when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of quality service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
