**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers across North America, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
