You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate interactions when necessary. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications and Requirements** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
