**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales efforts of blithequark's Transportation Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet our customers' unique needs
* Facilitating sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective relationship-building
* Developing and maintaining pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Creating and managing libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality
* Designing and developing reports for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, using Salesforce to track and analyze data
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet our customers' unique needs
* Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective relationship-building
* Completion of RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality
* Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, using Salesforce to track and analyze data
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field required
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite required
* Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of transportation management and logistics principles

* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, customers, and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

* Competitive salary range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly
