Job Overview
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department by assisting customers on the phone and in person before, during, and after service/repair processes. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming service calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying appropriate tone of voice and empathy throughout the entire customer interaction.
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and route customers' calls to the relevant teams.
- Provide written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment, ensuring that they are aware of their upcoming service and can plan accordingly.
- Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived, scheduling appointments and ensuring that the repair process is completed efficiently.
- Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments, providing them with a convenient and hassle-free experience.
- File repair orders and all supporting documentation daily, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all service activities.
- Audit all sublet invoices to ensure they are processed and resolved per blithequark guidelines, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors.
- Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. You should be able to execute Retail Service Standardized Work and provide exceptional customer service at all times, consistently executing the Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes. You will need to maintain or exceed blithequark guidelines for customer satisfaction, reading, interpreting, and transcribing data to maintain proper records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge, to efficiently manage data and records.
- Ability to work with associates in other departments within the store, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals.
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Above-average communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customers/associates, both in person and over the phone.
- Stay current in blithequark-provided training in all areas of the Service process, continuously developing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
