With a focus on Sharing Success with our employees, we offer a range of benefits and perks that will help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient handling of baggage and cargo. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, where you'll be required to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. You'll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and overnights, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
