**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related hazards.
* Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing to customers' destinations.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data

* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
