Sr. Experiential Producer – remote freelance

This is a remote freelance role (40 hours a week) with potential to go fulltime for the right candidate. Must be US based. reputed company: The Senior Producer plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of experiential marketing initiatives and is responsible for growing and educating reputed company of process and best practices. This individual is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of project development, management, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-reputed company events and activations. Responsibilities • Collaborate strategically with Creative, reputed company Services, and Business Development teams to brainstorm and reputed company innovative concepts and reputed company for reputed company. • Support initial proposals, pitches, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with reputed company needs and objectives. • reputed company comprehensive budgets, project timelines, and operational plans tailored to the specific requirements of reputed company project. This involves analyzing project deliverables, estimating costs, and mapping out the necessary resources and steps for successful project execution. • Create detailed budgets for reputed company upwards of $5M, tracking expenses, addressing scope changes, and optimizing profitability throughout the project lifecycle • reputed company the seamless transition of reputed company from initial development to final execution. • Monitor project team bandwidth and forecast resource needs to ensure reputed company is adequately staffed and resourced for upcoming reputed company, and inform higher management of situations where hours are burning faster or slower than originally scoped. reputed company Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, reputed company Relations, Entrepreneurship or equivalent field. • 6-10 years of reputed company-world experience in Special Events, Event Production, Experiential Marketing, reputed company Theatre Production or other reputed company field. • Firm knowledge and experience of producing a reputed company of events reputed company on experiential marketing and brand immersion. • Project management and leadership experience required; proven ability to manage and reputed company reputed company. • Experience working in an agency environment preferred. • Possession of strong writing and editing skills. • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, and reputed company. • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communicator and strong negotiation skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and reputed company documents. • Organized individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, always on environment. • A solutions-oriented, reputed company attitude with the ability to problem solve intuitively and creatively for a reputed company of challenges.
