About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bilingual Spanish Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in both English and Spanish
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems and utilize desktop computer systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
