Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting customers and making a positive impact on their day. Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops, using scripted prompts to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Accurately enter claim data into our production systems while on live phone calls, ensuring that all information is captured efficiently and effectively.
  • Effectively and compassionately guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim, engaging in authentic conversations that build rapport and focus on each customer's specific needs.
  • Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts, communicating this information clearly and concisely to ensure that customers are well-informed.
  • Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a blithequark location or at a non-blithequark shop, honoring their preferences and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional support.
  • Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, presenting accurate product and service information in a clear and concise manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas, with a reliable and distraction-free workspace that meets our technical requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in a degree program, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
  • Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a highly structured performance-based environment, demonstrating high ethical and confidentiality standards, with a strong focus on empathy and integrity.
  • Comfortable working with computer and telephone systems, with the ability to operate these systems confidently in a remote environment.
  • Upbeat personality with an authentic willingness to assist customers, and a strong desire to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the auto glass industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
