You will use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks. You will also be responsible for modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers, and resolving their issues and inquiries. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national, federal, and agency policy * Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks * Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers, and resolving their issues and inquiries * Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers * Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Report prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Strictly adhere to the blithequark Co.
