About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a call flow guide to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting blithequark's offerings and enhancing the customer experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Here are the essential qualifications and requirements:
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional service
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve issues
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

- Technical support experience, with knowledge of hardware, software, and client products
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
