Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer interactions
  • Offer additional products and/or services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, consistently exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive brand image

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
  • Open availability and a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve issues
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence
