**The Role**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to complex problems. You'll also be expected to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions to complex problems
* Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of banking products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Schedule**
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
* Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
* Schedules are adjusted per time zone
**Compensation**
* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount blithequark is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
* Work From Home: $43,680 - $43,680 for Fascinator, Coordinator

**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
* A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
* To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
* Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
* This role is 100% work from home. We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required blithequark Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
* Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
