**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
* Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.

* Assisting gig workers in navigating the blithequark platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
* Actively promoting the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
* Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
