**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing EOBs to ensure accurate and timely resolution of patient medical billing inquiries
* Resolving patient medical billing inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collecting payments and processing transactions in a timely and efficient manner
* Assisting patients with inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transactions
* Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums to stay informed and engaged
* Meeting daily quality and productivity quotas, as well as contributing to the overall success of the project
* Maintaining accurate time tracking and reporting
* Reading and following up on denials and appeals
* Navigating personal and remote desktop simultaneously
* Demonstrating excellent computer skills and attention to detail
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, medical billing, or a related field
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
* Previous experience working with an electronic medical system
* Attention to detail and accuracy is vital to being successful in this position
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
