As an Entry-Level Customer Success Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support while ensuring seamless data entry processes. You'll work closely with our Tier 1 agents to resolve customer concerns, verify data, and document solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
• Receive and respond to challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents, providing empathetic and effective solutions to customer concerns
• Troubleshoot customer issues, verifying data and information using our verification process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Address customer questions and concerns while showcasing exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
• Document both customer concerns and solutions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

**Requirements**
