**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues.
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**Essential Qualifications**
• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on providing solutions and resolving issues.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience working in a pet-related industry or with a pet-focused company.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and safety standards.
• Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
