As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing critical support during emergency situations, working closely with our stores, distribution centers, and other stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Crisis Response and Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Supporting blithequark partners and activities during emergency situations, accurately logging and maintaining records to ensure the occurrence. * Building relationships to prepare for and respond to crisis situations by identifying and maintaining cooperative associations with internal and external partners. * Providing guidance to internal colleagues on crisis preparedness and response cycles and strategies that enable the business to minimize disruptions; creating compatibility with all levels of management. * Demonstrating a customer-centric approach with a proven willingness to exceed expectations. * Possessing the ability to communicate and interact with individuals via phone frequently in high-pressure situations. * Having a general understanding of data entry skills. * Mitigating risks to organizational resources by assessing needs, requirements, presumptions, and factors for organizations; identifying and evaluating available risk management options; directing cost-benefit analysis related to business risk; and supporting the execution of value-based security and defensive projects that are consistent with industry security standards and company policies. **Responsibilities** * Provide critical support during emergency situations, accurately logging and maintaining records to ensure the occurrence. * Build relationships to prepare for and respond to crisis situations by identifying and maintaining cooperative associations with internal and external partners. * Provide guidance to internal colleagues on crisis preparedness and response cycles and strategies that enable the business to minimize disruptions; creating compatibility with all levels of management. * Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a proven willingness to exceed expectations. * Possess the ability to communicate and interact with individuals via phone frequently in high-pressure situations. * Have a general understanding of data entry skills. * Mitigate risks to organizational resources by assessing needs, requirements, presumptions, and factors for organizations; identifying and evaluating available risk management options; directing cost-benefit analysis related to business risk; and supporting the execution of value-based security and defensive projects that are consistent with industry security standards and company policies. **Requirements** * 1-2 years of experience in intelligence, corporate security, policing, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Prophet, Management Now, Power BI) to create reports to stakeholders. * 1-2 years of experience writing and researching corporate communications. * 1-2 years of experience in customer support. * Proficiency in French language/communications. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a crisis response or support role. * Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques. * Experience with data entry and record-keeping. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
