As a fast-growing insurance agency, we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls, handling inquiries about our policies, and helping customers troubleshoot.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
