I’m looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help manage daily operations for my short-term rental properties. You should be highly reliable, organized, and reputed company to solve problems without waiting to be told what to do.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest messages with speed and warmth
• Coordinate cleaners, repair people, and vendors
• Troubleshoot booking issues, reputed company-reputed company calendars
• Research local events or reputed company competition if needed
• Maintain and update SOPs
Requirements:
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with reputed company (either as a host, VA, or Superhost support)
• Strong critical thinking skills

• Available Mondays - Saturdays 9am-4pm PST
• Must have iPhone 12 or higher AND Macbook.
• Pays great attention to detail
• Multitasker
• Must work exclusively for me and no one else during scheduled hours.
